TOMATO PONZU 200ML

This Ponzu (brand The Lycopins) adds a real umami hit and is a great addition to sauces, stocks or dressings. It is made with Ehime tomatoes which is first made into a tomatoe vinegar. Its then mixed with a dark soy sauce (koikuchi Shoyu) a bonito stock and Kochi Yuzu to produce this wonderful ponzu.

Ingredients

Soy Sauce (SOYBEANS, WHEAT), vinegar , citrus juice, sugar, seasoning sauce (bonito FISH), caramel colouring, monosodium glutamate, sweetener.
