Our favourite of all the charcucuterie we sell, this amazing free range leg of mutton is cured with Port, juniper, garlic, rosemary and black pepper before being fermented and then airdried and then the final touch is to smoke it over beech wood and wow what a final product it really is.
Fantastic on its own, with dips and bread on a charcuterie board or through an array of dishes its versatile and delicious.
