Lardo infused with truffle oil 80g

This amazing Lardo is back fat from rare breed pigs which is dry cured with an assortment of different herbs and spices and then after a few months when it is fully cured it is infused with an English rapeseed oi which has been infused with English truffles and then left again for a few more months for the flavours to fully develop. A great example of charcuterie.
