there is an option at checkout to pay on line and have the items posted to you (for an additional charge) or there is an option to collect at Whites restaurant (no postage fee applies) Please note that there are only certain hours that the items can be collected from the restaurant so please check these with us first. please note that 24 hours is required between placing the order and collecting it.
Yes, Whites Restaurant vouchers can be used to purchase items from Foodie favorites. However this is only available for items that are being collected and the whole of the voucher must be used. Select cash payment and then bring the voucher with you when you collect. please note expired vouchers will not be accepted unless agreed with the us in advance.
all of the products for sale have an ingredient list on the site that we have obtained from the manufacturer / producer. If in any doubt please contact us before consuming.
we obviously want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Any issues with the delivery should be discussed with us within 24 hours of delivery. Unless there is a fault with the product we are unable to accept returns. In the event of a fault we will discuss it with you and sort out a way of resolving the issue based on the specifics.
we offer 2 different options whenn packaging. You can just have our standard option where the items are sent in a transit box with only breakables wrapped individually (and chilled items wrapped in wool and ice packs) you can also choose a gift wrap option where items are wrapped and presented in a more bespoke way suitable for a special gift.
