Islands chocolate is a company we have been using as a supplier for a while now. Its simply the best chocolate we have ever tasted. its got a real depth of flavour regardless of the cocoa %. Its a joy to cook with and has a real nice mouth feel when eaten neat. Not only that they are an amazing company to deal with and have a great ethos behind the company.
